Ingredients
½ cup quinoa cooked
1 cup kale or other greens
½ avocado sliced
balsamic vinaigrette
1 serving additional protein (optional)
Instructions

Prepare ½ cup quinoa according to package instructions and let it cool.

Chop kale or other greens.

Chop tomato and any other veggies, and slice ½ avocado.

In a bowl, mix quinoa, kale, tomato, walnuts, and 3 tbsp hemp hearts.
