Ingredients
1/2 cup whole rolled oats
2 tsp chia seeds or Green Fox Flax Seeds
1/2 cup of dairy or non-dairy milk
1-2 tbsp of natural honey or maple syrup for your desired sweetness
1/2 tsp salt
Optional Ingredients
⅓-½ cup of your favorite fruit
Sprinkle of unsweetened coconut flakes

Mix your dry ingredients together— and once combined, add in your milk and chosen sweetener. *The oats and seeds should be saturated to the point of a little pool forming on top.

Once all ingredients are combined, place in your refrigerator overnight, or for up to 2-3 days.
