1 banana, frozen
1/4 cup milk or milk alternative
half a fresh dragon fruit (peeled) or 1 cup frozen
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

Add all the ingredients in a blender and mix until the contents are blended.
